Our Mission
The Phillis Wheatley High School Alumni and Ex-Student Association
✓ Provide a forum in which alumni, students, faculty, and administrators can interact to further the school’s legacy.
✓ Provide scholarships to deserving students
✓ Promote and encourage cultural activities in Fifth Ward
✓ Encourage members to be life-long participants in the Wheatley Community through leadership and service.
Membership
Membership is open to any alumnus of Phillis Wheatley Senior High School. Alumnus include graduates, as well as former students, faculty, and administrators.
Each member shall pay a one-time joining fee of $40.00 and an annual fee of $30.00 yearly thereafter.
Meetings
We meet the 2nd Saturday of each month, except during the summer at
Phillis Wheatley High School Library
